About the role
The Remote Price Collector will contact pharmacies across Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta to gather pricing data for specific medications. This part‑time, remote position requires strong phone communication skills and the ability to explain why an in‑person visit is not possible.
Key responsibilities
- Call designated pharmacies and retrieve pricing information for a list of medications.
- Overcome objections from pharmacy staff by adapting your approach quickly.
- Document collected data accurately with attention to detail.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and data collection.
Required profile
- Professional, persuasive phone manner with strong communication skills.
- Resourceful, confident, and able to adapt quickly during calls.
- Experience in auditing, mystery shopping, customer service, or data collection is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and keep organized records.
