BDC Representative – Customer Service & Scheduling

About the role

Holiday Ford Lincoln is looking for a BDC Representative to join its service team in Peterborough. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and providing front‑desk support in a fast‑paced automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming Ford appointment calls and schedule service appointments.
• Follow up on Ford recalls and schedule follow‑up appointments for technicians.
• Make outbound appointment reminder calls and confirm online bookings.
• Manage the customer database and FordPass Rewards information.
• Cashier duties: process payments, balance daily cash, and prepare deposits.
• Maintain a clean cashier area and assist with filing, printing repair orders and invoices.
• Support Service Advisors and the front‑end service team as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in cashier, customer service, or reception roles preferred.
• Comfortable using computers, point‑of‑sale systems, and standard office software.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Professional appearance and team‑oriented attitude.
