Banking Strategy Manager

About the role

Accenture Strategy is looking for a Banking Strategy Manager to help leading banks and financial institutions design and execute transformation agendas. You will work with senior leadership to shape growth, operational, and technology strategies that drive long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of strategic projects, assess clients' market position and create practical road‑maps for change.
• Build and guide high‑performing teams to deliver business, operations and technology strategy solutions.
• Develop and nurture relationships with senior client leaders, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Provide quantitative analysis, research and insights to generate actionable recommendations.
• Contribute thought‑leadership content and represent Accenture in professional forums.
• Mentor junior team members and support practice development.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of strategy consulting experience at a Tier‑1 firm or equivalent internal role.
• At least 4 years working with banking, capital markets or payments institutions on business‑technology intersections.
• Proven track record delivering large, complex transformation programs.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills, especially with C‑suite audiences.
• Well‑networked within the Canadian corporate banking landscape.
