Finance Transformation Senior Manager

About the role

Accenture’s CFO & Enterprise Value practice is seeking a senior leader to help clients modernize finance functions, drive efficiencies, and unlock new value through digital and AI technologies. The role involves partnering with senior finance executives across Canada to design and deliver transformation roadmaps.

Key responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation engagements, defining strategic objectives, prioritizing initiatives, and creating actionable roadmaps.
• Strengthen relationships with CFOs and senior finance leaders, develop talent, and generate business development opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, shaping long‑term transformation strategies and delivering AI‑enabled finance capabilities.
• Design future‑state finance processes leveraging generative AI, intelligent automation, and predictive analytics.
• Manage full project lifecycle, including proposal development, delivery, economics, risk, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of finance and/or management consulting experience focused on finance transformation.
• At least 5 years of experience with Canadian organizations in sectors such as Banking, Insurance, Consumer Goods, Retail, Natural Resources, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Health, or Public Sector.
• Proven track record leading large, multidisciplinary consulting engagements.
• Strong understanding of emerging AI capabilities applied to finance.
• Willingness to travel and fluency in English.

Required skills

• Finance transformation expertise (analytics, forecasting, planning, performance management, reporting).
• Experience with modern finance technologies: SAP, Oracle, Workday, SAP Analytics Cloud, Anaplan, OneStream, Tableau, Power BI, Python.
• Knowledge of generative AI, agentic AI, intelligent automation, predictive analytics.
