Management Consultant – Finance Transformation

About the role

Accenture’s CFO & Enterprise Value practice is seeking a Management Consultant to help finance leaders modernize their organizations, improve profitability and drive enterprise value through process, technology and people solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support finance transformation initiatives, including operating model design, process redesign and technology‑enabled solutions.
• Develop client deliverables, analyses, presentations and workshop materials while ensuring project governance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional Accenture teams and contribute to reusable assets, accelerators and thought leadership.
• Research emerging finance technologies and industry trends to inform client recommendations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of finance transformation, finance process design or management consulting experience.
• Experience in one or more sectors such as Banking, Insurance, Consumer Goods, Energy, Utilities, Health or Public Sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce or related discipline.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and fluency in English (bilingual French optional).

Required skills

• ERP systems experience (SAP, Oracle, Workday).
• EPM tools experience (SAP Analytics Cloud, Anaplan, OneStream).
• Familiarity with Generative AI, Machine Learning, intelligent automation or Agentic AI applied to finance.
