Assistant/Associate Professor (Clinical) – Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery

About the role

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at McGill University seeks a full‑time Assistant or Associate Professor (Clinical) to join the Division of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery at the Royal Victoria Hospital. This three‑year renewable appointment focuses on advanced laparoscopic, hysteroscopic, and robotic procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform minimally invasive gynecologic surgeries, including hysterectomies, myomectomies, and fertility‑sparing procedures.
• Develop and lead clinical programs that integrate laparoscopy and robotic technology.
• Mentor residents, fellows, and medical students in surgical techniques.
• Engage in clinical research and quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care pathways.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Demonstrated expertise in minimally invasive and robotic gynecologic surgery.
