Apprentice Electrician – Level 3, 4 & 5

About the role

Spark Power is seeking an Electrical Apprentice to join its Cambridge team. You will support journeymen and other staff while developing your electrical skills across industrial, commercial and institutional projects.

Key responsibilities

• Visualize, measure and estimate work, decide on materials and routing for conduit, wires and apparatus.
• Load and transport materials, lifts, trailers and equipment; maintain work order accuracy and vehicle readiness.
• Perform field installations, assist newer apprentices, attend safety and professional development meetings.

Required profile

• High School Diploma and registered electrical apprentice – minimum Level 3.
• Valid driver’s licence with clear abstract and ability to meet health & safety standards.
• Proactive, team‑oriented attitude with strong attention to detail and numeracy.

Required skills

• Wiring and conduit installation.
• Electrical troubleshooting and problem‑solving.
• Vehicle maintenance and equipment handling.
