About the role
Join MNP’s dynamic team as an Administrative Assistant, supporting day‑to‑day operations in a fast‑growing accounting, tax and business advisory firm. You will work in an innovative environment where your organizational skills help the business thrive.
Key responsibilities
- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical activities.
- Review, modify and prepare templates, letters, reports, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents and Excel workbooks.
- Research, compile and summarize information or data as needed.
- Record minutes at meetings, distribute or archive them appropriately.
- Update and maintain internal databases.
- Manage and coordinate multiple calendars.
- Schedule internal and external meetings, appointments and team social events.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and reservations.
- Contribute ideas to improve work processes.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership.
Required profile
- Post‑secondary education in administration is considered an asset.
- Administrative experience in a professional environment is considered an asset.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
