About the role
We are seeking a dependable, upbeat Administrative and Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, takes initiative, and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Support Accounts Receivable by processing invoices, performing follow‑ups, and handling customer calls.
- Accurately enter data and maintain records with attention to detail.
- Answer and direct phone calls with a proactive, helpful approach.
- Produce packing tickets, invoices, process credits, price adjustments, and update customer accounts.
- Provide general administrative support and backup to leadership and other departments during busy periods or absences.
- Step in wherever needed to ensure smooth office operations.
Required profile
- Highly reliable with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible, eager to learn, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Basic experience with Accounts Receivable or strong willingness to learn.
- Comfortable using computers and general office software.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
