Account Representative – Insurance Brokerage

About the role

Marsh McLennan Agency's regional office in Montreal (Vézina Assurances Inc.) is hiring an Account Representative for its Service Team. The role ensures quality customer service across the full client portfolio cycle, working alongside an Account Executive to go to market.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage renewals and contract modifications
• Go to market together with an Account Executive
• Prepare file updates so that each issued contract matches the negotiated terms
• Inform clients about market trends and opportunities

Required profile

• Five to ten years of experience in commercial-line damage insurance
• A commercial-lines damage insurance licence issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
• Proficiency in English, as the role involves frequent contact with international clients and partners and the representative is the sole point of contact for them

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook
• DCS or AEC in insurance and financial services, and EPIC software, are a plus but not mandatory
