Account Manager, Ticket Sales, Service & Activation

About the role

The Professional Women's Hockey League (PWHL) is seeking an Account Manager to lead ticket sales, group activations, and service delivery for its Ottawa market. You will be the primary point of contact for season ticket members, group leaders, and community partners, ensuring a premium game‑day experience and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Generate revenue through full‑season, half‑season, and group ticket packages.
• Prospect, qualify, and convert leads via outbound and inbound outreach.
• Welcome and serve groups on game days, managing ice rentals and special experiences.
• Build and nurture relationships with community organizations and attend local events.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with season ticket members, group leaders, and prospects.
• Lead targeted service campaigns and member‑benefit programs, including events and exclusive deliveries.
• Respond to all ticket‑related inquiries and provide timely support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or sports/entertainment.
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Passion for ticket sales, fan engagement, and professional sports.
• Fluent in English and French to serve the bilingual Ottawa market.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and all home games.
• Legal authorization to work full‑time in Canada.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems.
