About the role

Surgenor Automotive Group, a family‑owned automotive group with over 50 years of experience, is seeking a full‑time Service Advisor. The role focuses on delivering superior customer service throughout the service process while supporting staff growth and work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Providing superior customer service throughout the service process.
• Building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Handling customer concerns and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
• Working with the team to develop collaborative relationships throughout the dealership.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
• A people‑person with an outgoing personality committed to customer satisfaction.
• Experience with ADP or CDK systems is an asset (training provided if needed).
• A valid driver’s license.
