Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them to ensure a friendly experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, meeting safety standards.
• Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels.
• Assist in preparing products according to company standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for staff and visitors.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with an enthusiastic attitude toward customer service.
• Ability to stand, walk, or move around for extended periods during shifts.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required.
