Artisan Ice Cream Server (Part-Time)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Artisan to join our new ice‑cream shop, Scooped by Demetres, in Toronto’s Distillery District. You will greet guests, explain our handcrafted flavours and serve scoops in a bright, welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, personable service to every guest.
• Explain the craft behind our ice‑cream flavours.
• Guide guests toward their favourite flavours.
• Scoop and serve ice‑cream efficiently.
• Assist with light food preparation in the kitchen/café.
• Maintain a clean work station.

Required profile

• Ability to work quickly and multitask while maintaining quality.
• Quick learner who follows directions, keeps a clean station and stays organized.
• Capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
• Clear, kind communication with guests and colleagues.
