Summer Sales Intern – Grow Your Future

About the role

As a Summer Sales Intern at BASF Agricultural Solutions, you will support the sales team in delivering sustainable agriculture solutions while gaining hands‑on experience in agronomy, customer engagement and field operations.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with growers and promote BASF solutions.
• Support field tours, events and product demonstrations.
• Lead a field‑scale project and scout fields for technical insights.
• Collaborate with BASF teams to grow the business and develop your skills.
• Travel within your assigned territory.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an agriculture or related degree program.
• Passionate about agriculture, sustainability and making a difference.
• Strong communicator, organized and eager to learn.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Must return to studies after the internship; recent graduates are not eligible.

• Compensation of $25‑$32 per hour.
