Senior Recruitment Manager

About the role

The Portfolio Group is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Manager to lead and expand its Payroll Recruitment division in Toronto. This hands‑on leader will manage existing client relationships, generate new business, and drive the performance of a dedicated recruitment team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of warm clients while acquiring new accounts through business development and thought leadership.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate the recruitment team, handling appraisals, meetings, and hiring strategy.
• Run a full 360‑degree recruitment desk, from sourcing to placement.
• Maintain and optimise the candidate and client database.
• Collaborate across Portfolio divisions to cross‑sell services.

Required profile

• Proven success as a 360 recruiter and manager.
• Strong “lead from the front” attitude with a proactive, self‑motivated mindset.
• Demonstrated business development and client relationship achievements.
