Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Go-To-Market

About the role

Safe Software is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on Go‑to‑Market hiring. You will own full‑cycle recruitment for revenue‑facing teams, including sales, marketing, customer success, partnerships, solutions engineering and revenue operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for GTM roles across Canada and the US, from intake to offer acceptance.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies, build evergreen talent pipelines and conduct passive outreach to high‑performing candidates.
• Partner with revenue leaders to define role scorecards, refine job descriptions and align hiring plans with business targets.
• Conduct structured interviews and role‑specific assessments such as mock discovery calls, pitch exercises and portfolio reviews.
• Provide market expertise on compensation, talent availability and time‑to‑hire expectations.

Required profile

• 8+ years of full‑cycle talent acquisition experience, with a focus on GTM or commercial hiring, preferably in B2B software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven success hiring quota‑carrying sales roles and sales leadership, plus experience in at least two of marketing, customer success, partnerships, solutions engineering or revenue operations.
• Experience recruiting in the US and internationally, with knowledge of regional compensation norms.

Required skills

• Experience with Ashby or a similar modern ATS.
• Proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter and JuiceBox AI for sourcing.
• Familiarity with recruitment analytics and data‑driven decision making.
