Clinical Recruiter - Remote

About the role

Location: Remote (Canada). This part‑time role (approximately 20‑25 hours per week) supports Sailor Health’s fast‑growing clinical team by managing the candidate‑facing stages of the hiring process. You will review resumes, conduct interviews, assess fit, and keep clinicians informed and engaged throughout their journey, helping to identify exceptional therapists and psychologists passionate about serving seniors.

Key responsibilities

• Screen incoming resumes and applications to identify candidates worth advancing.
• Conduct clinician interviews, evaluate clinical, behavioral, and operational fit against Provider Growth rubrics.
• Maintain a 5‑star candidate experience by keeping clinicians informed at every touchpoint.
• Own recruitment pipeline data in the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate stages, notes, and statuses.
• Partner with the Provider Growth team to smoothly hand off candidates at each pipeline stage.

• Warm and personable – builds authentic rapport quickly, making clinicians feel heard and valued.
• Intuitive with spot‑on judgment – can read between the lines of resumes and interviews to gauge clinical chops and temperament.
• Organized – keeps candidate data, notes, and follow‑ups tight and timely, even with a full slate of interviews.
• Flexible in a fast‑paced environment – shifts gears smoothly between back‑to‑back calls and adapts to changing priorities.
