Talent Enablement Coach

About the role

Relay is a digital banking platform helping self‑made business owners gain financial clarity and control. The Talent Enablement Team is expanding and is looking for an internal Talent Enablement Coach to make growth measurable through stronger manager effectiveness, higher retention and proven behavior change. You will partner with the Director of Talent Enablement to deliver 1:1 and group coaching while collaborating with the broader business to identify development needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individualized and cohort‑based coaching to Relayers, focusing on leadership and personal development.
• Design and facilitate leadership development programs, workshops and other learning initiatives.
• Support new‑joiner onboarding and leader integration to accelerate time‑to‑productivity.
• Partner with business units to diagnose development gaps, share insights and recommend actions that boost engagement and performance.

Required profile

• Emotionally intelligent and agile, able to listen deeply and guide others through growth.
• Committed to continuous improvement, consistently seeking ways to raise the bar for yourself and others.
• Systems thinker who understands how individuals, teams and organizational dynamics interact.
• Strong communicator and facilitator who creates safe learning environments.
• Nimble and creative, capable of building custom workshop content and adapting quickly in a fast‑paced setting.
• Self‑starter who can operate independently while driving a feedback‑rich culture.

Required skills

• ICF‑recognized coaching certification with at least five years of coaching experience.
• Proficiency with psychometric assessment tools such as Hogan, Birkman, Leadership Circle Profile or EQi 2.0.
