Regional Manager – Sleep Health Clinics

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Manager to lead two sleep health clinics in Edmonton. This position combines strategic oversight with hands‑on involvement in daily operations, ensuring exceptional patient experiences and high clinical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop clinical teams across multiple locations
• Maintain exceptional patient experience and uphold clinical standards
• Oversee multi‑clinic operations, scheduling, performance, and optimization
• Work alongside staff, including seeing patients when needed
• Conduct root‑cause problem solving using investigative and analytical skills
• Maintain detailed documentation, reporting, and clinic processes
• Build positive relationships with patients, staff, and cross‑functional leaders
• Travel between clinics with flexible scheduling
• Participate in a 90‑day high‑touch onboarding program
• Collaborate on long‑term clinic expansion planning

Required profile

• Active RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or RPSGT certification, or willingness to obtain
• Proven experience leading teams, preferably in a multi‑site environment
• Background in sleep care, respiratory therapy, or medical retail is a strong asset
• Coaching‑focused leadership style with high empathy and emotional intelligence
• Strong attention to detail and investigative problem‑solving abilities
• High drive, accountability, and ownership of team and clinic success
• Passion for patient care and collaborative, servant‑leadership culture
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire

Required skills
