About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker to provide home support services to clients in Vancouver, BC. The position is permanent, full‑time and offers flexible morning hours.
Key responsibilities
- Perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking while assisting clients.
- Carry out repetitive tasks as required.
- Sit for extended periods during client care.
- Walk as needed to support client activities.
- Handle and transport items up to 9 kg (20 lb) as needed.
Required profile
- Punctual and dependable.
- Client‑focused with excellent oral communication.
- Efficient interpersonal skills and flexibility.
- Initiative, good judgement and organized approach.
- Reliable, patient and honest.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and safety standards.
- Adaptable to varying client needs and schedules.
