Project Coordinator – Residential Heat Pump Installations

About the role

Jetson is building the first fully vertically integrated home electrification company, aiming to accelerate the shift to clean energy across North America. As a Project Coordinator you will manage the end‑to‑end process of residential heat‑pump installations, ensuring smooth execution from estimate to post‑installation follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a tracking system for installations, handling prospects, customer inquiries, quotes, and scheduling of walk‑throughs, installs, and inspections.
• Manage permitting processes for each project and coordinate with install teams, permits, and inspections.
• Synchronize warehouse and installation teams to allocate the correct equipment, materials, and personnel.
• Create process documentation and training materials for new team members.
• Participate in business system selection and configuration to improve customer flows and operational efficiency.
• Collect feedback and monitor service quality.

Required profile

• PMP certification or related project‑management training preferred.
• Proven ability to implement process‑improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of developing project plans for construction‑related tasks.
• Excellent decision‑making, problem‑solving, communication, and customer‑service skills.
