Regional Property Project Manager

About the role

The Regional Property Project Manager will lead capital projects and support the full facilities lifecycle for schools across the US East Coast and Canada. You will ensure infrastructure is safe, compliant, and aligned with educational needs while delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of capital projects, from feasibility and design through construction, commissioning and handover.
• Develop and manage a regional pipeline of construction and remodel projects, aligning with strategic and educational objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control and capex planning to keep projects within approved financial frameworks.
• Coordinate permits, regulatory approvals and compliance across multiple US and Canadian jurisdictions.
• Manage relationships with school principals, facilities teams, landlords, consultants, contractors and regulatory authorities.
• Support schools in preparing capital expenditure requests and track changes in student capacity.

Required profile

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, MEP Engineering or related field; project management certification preferred.
• Proven experience in facilities lifecycle management, including planning, design, construction and operations.
• Experience managing capex and operational budgets and overseeing external contractors.
• Experience with multi‑site or regional portfolios in the US and Canada is highly desirable.
• High integrity, proactive mindset and willingness to travel regularly.
