About the role

Govan Brown’s commercial interiors team is looking for a driven and detail‑oriented Project Administrator to support construction projects from start‑up through close‑out. This role focuses on managing project documentation end‑to‑end, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency across all phases.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a range of administrative services throughout all project phases, from start‑up through construction and close‑out.
• Play a key role in the tender process, supporting bid preparation and documentation.

• Driven and detail‑oriented professional.
• Formal construction education or related background.
