Production Worker (Assembler)

About the role

Thermon is seeking a Production Worker (Assembler) to join its manufacturing team. You will be responsible for assembling commercial‑brand heaters and performing related sub‑assembly tasks in a high‑volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble heaters according to job orders, ensuring all components are available and correctly installed.
• Perform sub‑assembly duties, including enclosure assembly and precise electrical wiring and connections.
• Maintain high quality standards, identify non‑conformances and follow proper disposition procedures.
• Support additional tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow directions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, results‑focused environment.
• Commitment to safety, attention to detail, and clean work area.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hand tools and powered tools.
• Electrical wiring preparation and enclosure assembly.
• Understanding of standard manufacturing processes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
