Millwright / Industrial Mechanic – Rotating Shifts

Key responsibilities

• Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment in a production environment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, including disassembling and reassembling machinery, overhauling gearboxes, and replacing bearings.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program for plant equipment.
• Ensure work complies with plant safety, housekeeping standards, and quality checks.
• Participate in work planning using work orders, planners, and part staging.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) license or equivalent trade experience.
• Machinist and/or welder license or experience is an asset.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Minimum three years of experience with hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical maintenance.
• Ability to operate machines such as lathe, vertical mill, band saw and drill press.
• Strong work ethic, safety record and ability to work independently.
