Production Controller – Aircraft

About the role
The Production Controller (Aircraft) will work within the Industrial Supply Division to ensure efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and material flow for aircraft, engine, and component overhauls. You will act as a liaison between shop supervisors, branch heads, and support shops to meet depot commitments.
Key responsibilities
- Advise shop supervisors and branch heads on priorities, schedules, adjustments, and required man‑hours using daily reports.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material for the overhaul and repair of aircraft, engines, and related components.
- Recommend suitable part substitutes, alternate techniques, and procedures to expedite delayed items.
- Monitor, coordinate, and expedite the flow of materials or parts through feeder shops such as Engine Overhaul, F/E, Aircraft, and other support programs.
Required profile
- Experience in production control within an aircraft maintenance or aerospace environment.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret daily reports and adjust schedules.
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, branch heads, and cross‑functional teams.
