Operations Manager – Pest Control Services

About the role

Rentokil Terminix is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a team of pest control service technicians in Calgary. You will drive sales, revenue growth, and client satisfaction while ensuring high‑quality service delivery across a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and develop service technicians to achieve performance targets.
• Manage daily operations, including scheduling, field routing, and quality‑control audits.
• Collaborate with the sales team on business development and client retention.
• Monitor financial performance, control expenses, and report on revenue growth.
• Travel throughout the territory to support clients, assist technicians, and oversee service execution.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of management experience with a focus on customer service.
• Prior experience in pest‑control or a similar service‑oriented environment.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and motivate a field team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to obtain required licences/certificates.
