Customer Success Manager – Drive Client Growth

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of key clients, ensure their satisfaction, and drive growth through proactive account management. You will act as the primary point of contact, helping clients maximize the value of our compliance solutions while contributing to revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑lasting relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring loyalty and retention.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights and guiding product usage.
• Monitor industry trends and client needs to recommend tailored solutions.
• Manage account health, resolve issues quickly, and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to address escalations and deliver seamless support.
• Lead onboarding, training sessions, and create resources to help clients succeed.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to increase account revenue.
• Prepare and present regular reports on account status and product usage.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of proven experience in customer relationship management or B2B customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build long‑term client relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on growth and renewal management.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable working with CRM systems.
