About the role

Mountain Warehouse is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join its Vancouver‑McArthurGlen store. You will help create a welcoming environment, maintain high visual standards, and support customers throughout their shopping journey.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues to foster an inclusive, supportive team atmosphere.
• Assist with daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Process transactions accurately across all payment methods.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing; stock and display products effectively.
• Stay informed on product features, promotions, and pricing to advise customers.
• Support the setup and execution of in‑store promotions and visual displays.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
• Help achieve and exceed sales targets while identifying growth opportunities.
