Manager, Product Commercialization

About the role

The Manager, Product Commercialization will lead the global go‑to‑market and commercialization strategy for Mastercard’s Experience & Disputes portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, client services and regional teams, translating innovative product capabilities into market‑ready value propositions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end global go‑to‑market plans for solutions such as Smart Subscriptions, Alerts, Clarity, First Party Trust and Mastercom.
• Synthesize customer, market and competitive insights to prioritize initiatives and drive adoption.
• Lead revenue acceleration programs and monitor commercial performance across regions.
• Develop sales enablement assets including playbooks, business cases, ROI frameworks and training modules.
• Equip sales and account teams with messaging, storytelling and competitive positioning tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product commercialization or go‑to‑market leadership within a technology or payments environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate market data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills, working closely with product, sales, client services and regional stakeholders.
• Results‑driven leadership style focused on execution and measurable business outcomes.
