Director, Partner Delivery & Product Strategy

About the role

Ethoca, a Mastercard company, is looking for a Director, Partner Delivery & Product Strategy to lead a global team that sits at the crossroads of customer delivery, product strategy and commercial growth. This senior leadership position will shape partner adoption, influence product direction through market insight and deliver exceptional customer outcomes across a complex payments ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team of Delivery Managers, fostering accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee day‑to‑day delivery operations and resource planning across projects, regions and priorities to ensure consistent execution and strong customer outcomes.
• Drive strategic partner implementation initiatives, focusing on quality, timeline adherence, stakeholder alignment and realization of customer value.
• Collaborate with Sales to understand customer objectives, pain points and workflows, positioning Ethoca solutions in a commercially compelling and operationally credible way.
• Lead product demonstrations and proof‑of‑value engagements that build customer confidence and support commercial decision‑making.
• Build trusted relationships with prospects and customers while translating market feedback into product roadmap insights.
