IT Support Technician

About the role

Join Madison Group’s central IT team as an IT Support Technician in a hybrid capacity. You will split your week between remote troubleshooting and on‑site visits across multiple Lower Mainland offices, with at least three days per week on location. The role supports a mixed Microsoft, Google, Windows, and macOS environment for over 1,100 employees.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑user support for Windows and macOS devices, including hardware, software, and boardroom A/V assistance.
• Perform on‑site tasks such as device swaps, workstation setups, printer and cabling issues, and hardware logistics.
• Manage endpoints provisioned through Intune, Autopilot, and Jamf, handling profiles, compliance, and application deployment.
• Administer user lifecycle in Entra ID, on‑prem AD, Google Workspace, and related SaaS platforms, including MFA resets and licensing.
• Log, track, and resolve tickets within SLA, maintaining accurate documentation and knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of help‑desk, desktop, or field support experience.
• Self‑starter who can interpret requests, ask clarifying questions, and work independently to completion.
• Strong collaborator who shares knowledge and seeks assistance when needed.
