Global People & Talent Partner

About the role

The Global People & Talent Partner will act as a specialist advisor to business leaders and employees across multiple regions, ensuring people strategies align with business objectives. This role supports a high‑performance, inclusive culture and delivers a consistent employee experience worldwide. It reports to the Senior Manager, Global People & Culture and has no direct reports.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with teams and support engagement, development, performance, and career progression.
• Partner with leaders to identify organizational challenges, uncover root causes, and design people‑focused solutions.
• Support company‑wide initiatives such as performance and compensation cycles, rewards programs, employee communications, engagement surveys, and policy development.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to deliver engagement and learning programs, including Lunch & Learn sessions and wellness activities.
• Play an active role in talent acquisition by partnering with hiring managers, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate employee records in BambooHR.
