General Laborer – Screening & Bagging Operator

About the role

We are looking for a diligent General Laborer to operate our screening and bagging line at the Black Earth facility near Ryley, Alberta. The role focuses on processing humic products efficiently while upholding safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Run and monitor screening and bagging machinery according to product specifications.
• Perform routine equipment inspections, identify issues, and carry out basic maintenance.
• Adjust machine settings to meet production demands.
• Check product quality throughout the process and record production data.
• Collaborate with teammates to troubleshoot operational problems.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure proper material handling.
• Follow all safety protocols and participate in ongoing training.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
