Customer Success Specialist

About the role

FlightHub Group is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join its Customer Service Lodging Team in Montreal. You will support both flight and hotel operations, handling post‑booking requests and ensuring smooth collaboration with airline and lodging partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming pricing, ticketing, and PNR servicing requests from airline and lodging partners.
• Monitor GDS queues (primarily Amadeus and Worldspan) and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with third‑party providers on post‑booking B2B products for flights and hotels.
• Document, categorize, and store new policies and updates to maintain efficient internal workflows.
• Contribute to ad‑hoc projects and provide backup support to Customer Service & Delivery teams.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced technology environment.
• Professionalism, empathy, and a problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with Zendesk ticketing system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Familiarity with GDS platforms such as Amadeus and Worldspan (asset).
