About the role

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and customer‑focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Mandarin, has previous customer service experience, and is comfortable handling cash and assisting customers in a professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
• Communicate with customers in English and Mandarin
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash and maintain accurate transaction records
• Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer transactions
• Assist customers with questions and provide clear information about our services
• Maintain an organized and professional work environment
• Complete daily administrative and operational tasks as required
• Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality
• Work effectively as part of a team

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Previous cash‑handling experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and organized
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with financial transactions and handling cash
• Professional and customer‑service oriented
• Professional references are required
• Successful completion of a Police Information Check is required
