About the role

Join Cozey’s fast‑growing e‑commerce team as a Customer Happiness Ambassador. This entry‑level position offers a solid foundation for a career in customer service, marketing, operations, or leadership within the furniture industry.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers via email, live chat, social media, phone calls and video consultations.
• Provide product expertise and resolve issues related to orders, checkout, and assembly.
• Proactively follow up with customers after interactions to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with the operations team to manage special orders.

Required profile

• At least one year of customer service experience with notable achievements.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
• Comfortable using innovative technologies such as AI tools like ChatGPT.
• Flexible availability from 8 AM to 12 AM EST, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong multitasking ability and adaptability to evolving job requirements.
