About the role
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be the face and heart of the Amherstburg branch, helping customers achieve their financial goals through personalized service and proactive support.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
- Process day‑to‑day transactions and nurture long‑standing client relationships.
- Identify simple sales opportunities and contribute to branch targets.
- Promote and demonstrate digital and self‑service banking tools, including mobile banking applications.
