Call Center Agent – Airline Customer Service

About the role

Join Transat’s customer service team as a Call Center Agent, handling inbound calls from travelers and travel agents. You will work primarily remotely while supporting the airline’s mission to provide exceptional travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls related to reservations, flight changes, and other travel inquiries.
• Promote ancillary products such as seat selection, baggage, special services, and travel insurance.
• Assist customers in navigating Transat’s websites and online tools.
• Deliver attentive, empathetic, and professional service in both English and French.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of call‑center experience, preferably in the travel sector.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a proven track record of excellence.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English (spoken and written); Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• Comfortable using various computer tools and systems.
