Application Developer

About the role

We are looking for a talented Application Developer to design, build, and maintain high‑performing software applications. The role focuses on creating intuitive user experiences while ensuring backend stability, and involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to turn user requirements into scalable digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full application lifecycle from concept and coding to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Write clean, secure, and efficient code optimized for performance across platforms.
• Integrate applications with third‑party systems, databases, and external APIs.
• Diagnose, debug, and resolve bugs, performance issues, and user bottlenecks.
• Modernize legacy applications by adding new features and applying security patches.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in core languages such as C#, Java, Swift, JavaScript, or Python.
• Solid understanding of MVC architecture, object‑oriented programming, and relational databases (SQL).
• Familiarity with modern IDEs, Git version control, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and clear communication of technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
