Solutions Consultant

About the role

Prophix is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join its growing team. You will work closely with prospects and internal stakeholders to showcase Prophix One™, our Financial Performance Platform, and help customers modernize their planning, reporting, and automation processes.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in discovery calls and meetings to understand prospect business challenges and requirements.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and proof‑of‑concept environments that highlight the value of Prophix One™.
• Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute deal strategies throughout the sales cycle.
• Develop deep expertise in Prophix One™ and stay current on new features, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, articulating how the platform addresses financial planning, reporting, and automation needs.
• Conduct webinars, partner enablement sessions, and other prospect‑facing events to generate pipeline.
• Capture and share prospect feedback, competitive insights, and field learnings with Product, Marketing, and the Presales team.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in consulting, implementation services, business/systems analysis, pre‑sales, or financial systems.
• Post‑secondary degree in Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with BI tools, EPM/CPM solutions, or data‑warehousing is an asset.
• Proven ability to analyze and manipulate large data sets.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Experience designing reusable processes such as Excel models, automation scripts, or ETL workflows.
• Quick learner of new technologies and comfortable using AI tools.
