About the role

LocalStack is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale its enterprise sales motion. You will work with a globally distributed team to drive high‑value opportunities, improve sales enablement, and ensure seamless cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

  • Establish a scalable, repeatable enterprise sales motion with clear playbooks and stronger AE enablement.
  • Prioritize and segment accounts to focus on the highest‑value enterprise opportunities.
  • Improve onboarding and ramp‑up effectiveness for new sales team members.
  • Strengthen GTM alignment across Sales, RevOps, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Support expansion and retention by fostering collaboration between Sales and Customer Success.
  • Communicate LocalStack’s value proposition and technical concepts (e.g., emulation) in a customer‑friendly way.
  • Contribute to scaling the enterprise business through larger ACV deals and future segmentation.

Required profile

  • 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales or Account Executive roles.
  • 1‑2 years of people‑management experience leading high‑performing sales teams.
  • Proven ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles across multiple strategic accounts.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and execution consistency.
  • Executive presence with confidence in strategic customer conversations, QBRs, renewals, and value‑based discussions.
  • Track record of driving revenue growth.
