Director, International Strategy & Planning

About the role

We are seeking a Director of International Strategy & Planning to lead the expansion of our platform into new global markets. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape the go‑to‑market vision for a broad portfolio of retail and enterprise solutions, influencing both internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the international retailer go‑to‑market strategy, including vision, commercialization approach, and expansion planning.
• Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with product, engineering, corporate development, legal, finance, and operations.
• Own long‑range planning for international commercial growth, setting priorities, targets, and investment frameworks.
• Build and scale commercial enablement tools such as ROI models, GTM materials, and competitive intelligence.
• Identify and support strategic partnerships that accelerate market entry and platform adoption.
• Develop executive‑level communications and presentations for internal leadership and external partners.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, enterprise SaaS GTM, or retail/grocery industry roles.
• Proven ability to build operating cadences and governance frameworks across multi‑region, cross‑functional environments.
• Strong background in international market strategy, new market entry, and regulatory awareness.
• Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and executive communication skills.
