Graduate Sales Development Representative (Remote, Canada)

About the role

Canonical, the company behind Ubuntu, is looking for a Graduate Sales Development Representative to join its remote sales team in Canada. You will work closely with regional sales and marketing colleagues to identify and qualify customer projects that match Canonical’s product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via email, phone and chat.
• Execute outbound sales and marketing campaigns.
• Travel to events and conferences worldwide, representing Canonical at booths.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and senior stakeholders to drive results.
• Work directly with marketing on campaign planning.
• Research prospective customers and market trends.
• Generate a multi‑million‑pound pipeline.
• Identify new prospects and define team processes and policies.
• Liaise with new and existing customers, setting up meetings and mapping accounts.
• Accurately create, update and nurture leads on global opportunities.
