About the role

Storkcraft is looking for a driven National Sales Manager with deep ecommerce expertise to accelerate profitable growth across key national accounts in the United States. Reporting to the Director of Sales – Ecommerce, you will be a pivotal member of a fast‑growing sales organization, responsible for expanding brand presence on major online retail platforms.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with top ecommerce accounts such as Wayfair, Ashley Furniture, Babylist, Home Depot, AAFES, and Rooms to Go.
  • Expand Storkcraft and Graco SKU assortments by conducting gap analyses and persuading merchants to broaden digital offerings.
  • Drive revenue growth through content optimization, sponsored ads, review capture programs, and digital shelf management.
  • Launch new products on ecommerce platforms, leveraging marketing spend and channel‑specific growth levers.
  • Monitor and optimize product listings, ratings, and reviews across partner sites.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account growth strategies on daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual cadences.
  • Identify new product category opportunities and build internal case studies for market entry.
  • Analyze sales data with Power BI, Tableau, and Stackline to inform decisions and forecast demand.
  • Provide market feedback to internal stakeholders and negotiate with partners to align objectives.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in ecommerce account management within the digital retail environment.
  • Track record of growing brand presence and revenue on major online platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for partner interactions.
