About the role

Key responsibilities

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, both at the counter and drive‑thru.
• Prepare and serve menu items, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Maintain a clean and well‑stocked work area, refilling supplies such as ketchup, straws, and cups.
• Handle cash registers and point‑of‑sale equipment responsibly.
• Follow food safety and brand standards at all times.
• Assist teammates with tasks during busy periods and support a positive team atmosphere.

Required profile

• Strong social skills and a friendly, customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment without becoming stressed.
• Willingness to follow directions and learn new procedures.
• Reliability and a team‑player mindset.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25‑50 lb occasionally.

Required skills

• Wearing a headset and operating drive‑thru communication systems.
