About the role
Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join its HR team at the Brampton office. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting creation to onboarding.
- Utilize ATS systems, LinkedIn, and social media platforms to source and engage top talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop selection criteria.
- Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and extend job offers.
- Maintain compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
- Support HR projects, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in logistics or transportation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
