About the role
Beacon Software is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support high‑volume hiring for Engineering and Product teams across North America. The role is fast‑paced, cross‑functional, and focused on delivering a seamless candidate and interviewer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end interview scheduling for engineering and product roles, from screen to final panel.
- Partner with multiple recruiters across time zones, acting as the liaison between candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
- Maintain the ATS (Ashby or Greenhouse), including requisition setup, status updates, and pipeline hygiene.
- Coordinate logistics for on‑site and virtual interview loops, including room bookings, travel, agendas, and same‑day support.
- Track recruiting pipelines, flag bottlenecks, and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively.
- Draft candidate communications, prep materials, and interviewer briefings with attention to tone and detail.
- Support talent team with offer letters, background checks, and onboarding handoffs.
- Contribute to process improvements such as templates, SLAs, and scheduling playbooks.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar talent operations role.
- Proven ability to manage high‑volume, complex interview schedules for technical hiring.
- Experience at a large tech company or high‑growth startup.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational instincts and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working under pressure and handling ambiguity.
