CEO & Business Leadership Coach

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CEO to serve as a Business Leadership Coach for high‑growth companies. This remote position blends strategic leadership with hands‑on coaching, helping CEOs and executive teams unlock their full potential while driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with CEOs and leadership teams to navigate business challenges and improve leadership effectiveness.
• Provide strategic insights, coaching, and guidance on business operations, planning, and investor relations.
• Oversee high‑priority projects, ensuring milestones are met and obstacles are addressed.
• Act as liaison between executive teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and execution of initiatives.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives that streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Required profile

• Former CEO or senior business leader with a passion for coaching and leadership development.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in leadership, operations, or project management.
• Proven track record of driving organizational growth and leading professional teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Leadership, or related field; MBA is a plus.
